When I left my corporate career to start a direct sales biz in 1990, I had zero women friends. My co-workers were all men, I had just moved to a new area, and my immediate family said no to booking a party. What the heck? I knew I had to get out of mommy-mode and make new connections. Before we had hot yoga and zumba, Jane Fonda taught women to do aerobics and “feel the burn”. Off I went to the local women’s gym to find my ideal client, women who loved to burn calories, and hopefully candles. That one action step launched my business. Learn how to find new customers by partnering with other businesses, and two other brilliant ideas, in my new episode of LynnTV.
